From Aylesbury
- Head out of Aylesbury on the A418 towards Oxford
- Continue on the A418 through the village of Stone
- After approximately 7 miles you will reach a main roundabout (Esso garage to your right)
- Take the third exit off the roundabout (straight across towards Oxford)
- At the next roundabout take the first exit (left) towards Thame town centre
- Beware of the speed camera facing you; there is a 30mph speed limit in force.
- Approximately 500 yds past the speed camera you will see Oxford House on your left hand side.
- Please proceed to the barrier and press the IMS buzzer for entry to the car park; the first 3 spaces on the left are for IMS visitors
From M40 Southbound
- Exit M40 at Junction 8a
- Follow the A418 towards Thame, continuing through the village of Tiddington (beware shortly after entering the village there is a speed camera situated just before The Fox pub)
- At the first roundabout, take the second exit (straight across) towards Thame town centre
- Beware of the speed camera facing you; there is a 30mph speed limit in force.
- Approximately 500 yds past the speed camera you will see Oxford House on your left hand side.

From M40 Northbound
- Exit M40 at Junction 7 turning right at the junction
- Continue along the A329 past the Oxfordshire Golf Club on your right
- At the first roundabout, take third exit towards Thame town centre
- Beware of the speed camera facing you; there is a 30mph speed limit in force.
- Approximately 500 yds past the speed camera you will see Oxford House on your left hand side
