Merchandiser of the Month

IMS take great pride in the quality of our field team and like to give them the recognition they deserve for being an integral part of our business. To show our gratitude we have introduced a merchandiser of the month award.

Each month a member of the IMS field team will receive the award for merchandiser of the month. This is awarded on the basis of a field team member conducting excellent merchandising work at the point of purchase on behalf of our clients. As part of the judging process for this monthly award, the IMS Support Team will nominate field team members for the award. A winner is then chosen by a panel of judges, headed up by our National Field Team Manager.

The IMS merchandiser of the month receives a complimentary bottle of champagne. They are also given recognition in our company newsletter the 'IMS Chronicle' for their achievements as well as being referenced on the IMS web site.

Following on from each calendar year, IMS award a field team member with the recognition of Merchandiser of the Year. The field team member selected for this accolade receives a glittering additional prize.
