Emergency Services

Timing is of the essence when executing effective field marketing. In some instances however, there may be a requirement to conduct a campaign in exceptionally short lead times, such as product uplift and product recall. Utilising our unique management system IMSFUSION, we are able to react to these emergency campaigns with groundbreaking speed and efficiency. This allows us to offer our clients an emergency services option. 

Typical field marketing campaigns are implemented within 10 - 15 working days. However, by utilising our emergency services option we can often be out in the field with as little as 24 hours notice.

There are many instances where emergency services campaigns are required due to issues over and above the control of the client, but some typical campaigns we are often asked to implement on an emergency basis are:

• Product Uplift and Product Recall
• Correcting printing errors (including over-stickering packaging etc)
• Rectifying non-compliance during key trading or promotional periods
